    What You’ll Do

    Manage regional countries and partner with VP of Sales to develop sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth

    Develop strong, effective relationships with distributors that help identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential customers

    Identify and negotiate new partnerships to grow the Rifle Paper Co. brand across all markets outside of the US

    Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors that drive revenue growth

    Develop, implement and lead sales strategy in collaboration with distributors for international trade shows, analyzing B2B partner needs

    Responsible for sell-in of product and ongoing support to partners across all territories and the ongoing analysis to drive in-season business growth and proactively manage challenges

    Educate partners on all collection assortments as well as product features and benefits, to optimize wholesale buys and sell-throughs, to achieve sales and inventory financial goals

    Partner with merchandising and planning to support assortment needs for key markets

    Provide marketplace insights, strategic direction and guidance to build international marketing capabilities within the Rifle Paper Co. brand

    Develop and implement marketing support strategy for key retailers in coordination with internal Marketing Team, including promotional materials, both print and digital, and social media support

    Develop and rollout brand standards and other guidelines to inform a cohesive brand identity across all marketing collateral

    Facilitate communication and feedback from key partners as it relates to vetting new products, pricing strategies, services and promotional activities given the international market and response

    Develop launch strategies for new territories including but not limited to, pricing and brand positioning, distribution strategy, market\ing and PR, brand messaging, and launch events

    Monitor and review currency exchange rates in relevant countries, providing ongoing analysis and reporting on impact to margins

    Manage guidelines and responsibilities of partners as it relates to any promotions, mark-downs, clearance and brand-related events

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with all international accounts, including distributors, specialty stores, and key retailers

    Analyze and communicate market shifts, with a focus on key competitors, in order to maintain unique selling proposition and market differentiation

    Directly oversee a team of 1-2 people who execute the day-to-day operations

     

    What You Have

    At least 5 years of experience leading sales internationally or business development operations 

    Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth environment with a multi-channel business strategy

     Track record for collaboration and creating strong relationships with both internal and external partners

    Familiarity with international markets and a distributor business model

    Proven experience and demonstrated success in B2B sales growth

    Clear understanding of retail metrics, margin calculations and knowledge of OTB and forecasting/projecting sales

    Prior experience in SAP Business One is preferred, or any B2B order management software

    Proficiency in Google applications, Slack, Zoom and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), Word, PowerPoint

    Ability to negotiate

    Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

    Solution-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, takes accountability

    Direct report 1-2, must have prior experience managing and developing people

    Travel expectations3-4x per year

    Exemplary level of customer service

    A love of and experience working for lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands
