A niche marketing/advertising agency is seeking an SEO Coordinator! This person will act as the point of contact for teams that are assigned so the team remains in synergy. They will also manage the overall execution of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation, building steps, timelines, and tasks to accomplish project goals.
This role is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office!
Responsibilities:
Provide project status updates, collaborate with team leads, and build and delegate tasks for incoming client requests
Act as the point of contact for teams that are assigned to the same project, so that team actions remain in synergy
Manage overall execution of digital marketing projects from planning through implementation, building steps, timelines, and tasks to accomplish project goals
Hand out project tasks to team members best positioned to complete them
Set targets for milestones, adhere to deadlines, and create long- and short-term plans
Organize input and work from multiple brands to achieve digital marketing goals
Modify project schedules and targets as needs or priorities change
Provide organizational tools and assist with building workflow systems to allow operational scalability as teams grow and new clients are acquired.
Maintain standards by performing quality control on projects throughout development
Engage with senior team members and executive leadership to ensure alignment with their goals
Oversee and monitor project budgets and expenditures
Assistant Project Coordinator makes sound decisions regarding a project's next steps when presented with multiple options
Qualifications
Solid understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
A solid grasp of project management tools and software (Asana, Airtable, etc.)
Prior experience managing and executing multiple digital projects within a creative or digital marketing agency is preferable
Knowledge of website creation, Google Business Profile management
Organization and time-management skills essential
Prior experience coordinating across multifunctional teams, including marketing/communications, and 3rd party vendors preferable
