We are looking for a leader who can help us build a strong SRG (Specialized Recruiting Group) team of professional recruiters across a range of different verticals (a team of 4-6 or more).
Must Haves:
- Professional Staffing background- Experienced in one or more staffing verticals
- Experienced Leader in Sales and Recruiting– preferably a minimum of 3+ years in staffing.
- Extensive recruiting network (LinkedIn/others)
- Demonstrable track record of success-awards, rankings, KPI accomplishments, etc.
- Desire to control their own destiny – high degree of independence and personal drive – self-starter.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a “do-whatever-it-takes” attitude.
- Strong leadership qualities – engaging, motivational, disciplined, excellent time-management skills – leads by example

- Degree preferred (BS/MBA)
