    The Digital Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in the growth of the brand’s digital advertising programs, including but not limited to Email, Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Affiliate. This person will work closely with internal partners across marketing, creative, planning, and  e commerce to ensure the strategic execution and delivery of creative assets. A successful candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, extremely analytical, and able to balance strategic growth while keeping brand values paramount.

    Responsibilities:

    Accountable for leading the charge on our paid digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO) by delivering assets and communicating the short- and long-term calendar to our digital agency

    Manage and drive the strategic execution of email through data driven insights and a thoughtful roadmap

    Act as the key point of contact for paid media creative best practices and competitive landscaping

    Create monthly and quarterly reports on creative performance to identify opportunities to optimize future content deliverables

    Facilitate testing new creative messaging, formats and ad units with Creative and agency teams

    Compile and analyze metrics across multiple platforms to identify new opportunities to drive growth and efficiency

    Develop reports and present learnings cross functionally to drive actionable next steps

    Own and manage social media account posting (Instagram, Facebook) as well as weekly and monthly reporting on social reach and content

    Set and lead the execution of affiliate marketing strategy; write and deploy newsletters

    Develop creative briefs and partner with in-house creative teams to deliver against seasonal plans.

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practice, social and digital offerings and opportunities to advise on innovative and brand right opportunities

     Preferred skills and experience:

    Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a retail or direct-to-consumer environment; must include at

    least one full annual cycle or more owning email, affiliate and paid search and/or social channels

    Strong Knowledge of retail business acumen, online marketing, and e-commerce best practices

    Successful partnership with a marketing team and a creative team

    Team player with strong interpersonal skills

    Entrepreneurial problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset

    Agile and flexible to adapt to situations and tools as needed; resourceful

    Passionate about the brand with a deep appreciation for the product and understanding of the customers experience

    Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills

    Knowledge of Google Adwords and Meta Business Manager a plus

    Experience working with email and ecommerce platforms, Magento and Klaviyo experience a plus

    Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

    Strong project management skills including exposure / accountability to a campaign calendar, deadlines and a budget

    Strong written and verbal communicator – able to present complex information simply and clearly to digitally and non-digitally savvy partners
