This is Monday-Friday located at the corporate office in Franklin, TN.

The Human Resources Generalist will:

\- Employee On-boarding

\- Employee Family Medical Leave/LOA administration, reporting and tracking

\- Employee Workers Compensation maintenance, monitoring and updates

\- Produce benchmarking data, scorecards, charts or other HR program reporting, including audit

\- Maintain employee files

\- Provide OSHA training & safety maintenance, monitoring and updates

\- Work with Recruiting to successfully transition Applicant to Associate

\- Administer drug screenings and background checks

\- Run our mentorship program

\- Other duties as assigned

Required skills and experience:

\- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent experience

\- HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP or higher), or willingness to pursue

\- 3+ years of related experience

\- Strong Microsoft Office and ATS skills

\- Self-motivated and self-directed with a proactive attitude
