    A fun full-service marketing/advertising agency is in search of an insightful and proactive Data Manager to play a pivotal role in our data-driven decision-making process. Our Data Manager will not only act as the custodian of our marketing data but also as a bridge between our technology and marketing teams, ensuring that our data doesn't just exist but tells a story that drives us forward.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ownership of Marketing Data: You’ll be the go-to person for all things data, from advertising spending to lead generation numbers. Your role will involve safeguarding this data and ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and availability for strategic use across the agency.

    • API Management and Development Collaboration: You will collaborate with our talented developers to establish and nurture API connections that link Salesforce, Facebook, and other crucial applications in our marketing technology stack. You will aim to streamline our data flows and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

    • Salesforce Data Integrity: In close partnership with our Salesforce Administrators and Developers, you will ensure that our CRM data is not just up-to-date but pristine and reflective of our real-world operations, enabling us to make informed decisions with confidence.

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Wearing your Data Analyst hat, you'll work alongside our analytics team to refine and evolve our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as to craft bespoke reports that shed light on our successes and areas for growth. Your analytical skills will directly contribute to our strategic planning and execution.

    • Dashboard and Visualization Development: You will be instrumental in developing intuitive dashboards and visualizations that bring our data to life. Whether it’s for internal team briefings or client presentations, your work with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce will enable all stakeholders to grasp key insights at a glance.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics and visualization tools.

    • A passionate data custodian who understands the importance of numbers in crafting compelling narratives.

    • Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working in tandem with others to solve complex problems.

    • A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of accuracy in all forms of data management.

    • Previous experience in advertising or marketing is a plus, offering insights into the unique challenges and opportunities our industry presents.
