This role isn't just about managing listings; it's about pioneering growth, optimizing sales, and ensuring unparalleled product visibility across a multitude of platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart.com, and beyond.

    This role would ideally be based in Cleveland, OH area with working a hybrid schedule of three days in the office, however remote candidtes may be considered for this role.

    As the cornerstone of our e-commerce operations, you will:

    • Strategic Inventory Management: Keep a pulse on inventory levels, sales trends, and replenishment strategies to ensure our products are always available, avoiding stockouts and maximizing sales opportunities.

    • Marketplace Expansion and Innovation: Identify and analyze new marketplace opportunities that resonate with our target audience. Spearhead our expansion efforts by establishing and nurturing our brand presence across emerging platforms.

    • Competitive Analysis and Strategic Positioning: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to refine our pricing and marketing strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the market.

    • Holistic Marketing Coordination: Lead cross-platform marketing initiatives, optimizing promotional strategies, and creating engaging content to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.

    • Customer Feedback and Marketplace Health: Act as the custodian of our brand's reputation, diligently monitoring customer feedback and marketplace metrics to foster a positive shopping experience.
