    Customer Service Representative

    A full-time Customer Service Representative needed to join our expanding team. Pre-qualified leads will become potential buyers, and regular clients will become repeat visitors. Applicants should be self-motivated, hardworking individuals with a penchant for closing business. You must be able to establish an immediate rapport with customers and enhance customer satisfaction to be effective as an internal sales professional. In addition to being competitive, a great inside sales professional should be an excellent listener. You will be critical in helping us meet our aggressive client retention and sales growth goals. You should be confident in making lots of calls every day, collaborating with distribution channels, lead generation, qualifying consumers, and closing the deal.

    Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Communication with customers, outbound contacts to new customers, and lead follow-up.
    • Creating sales prospects by understanding clients’ demands.
    • Responding to questions from potential clients and giving extra information via email.
    • Trying to keep up to current on service and product data.
    • Actively managing a client database, both existing and potential.
    • Presenting and displaying product and service characteristics.
    • Business and service upselling
    • New lead study and qualification.
    • Making sales and meeting sales goals.


    • Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualification:
    • A high school diploma or GED is required
    • More than 2 years of experience in a similar field
    • Experience of working in an outgoing call center or a similar sales role is preferred.
    • Microsoft Office and CRM applications such as Zendesk sell are required skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal abilities.
    • Ability to handle multiple and good organizational skills.
    • Superb cold calling and phone abilities.
    • Excellent customer service abilities.
    • Excellent attention and selling abilities.
    • Ability to meet objectives.

    Pay: $20-22/hr

    Mon through Friday with every other Saturday (9 am to 4pm)
