Role Overview:
The Graphic Designer provides creative and operational support to the Product Design team through all aspects of the product life cycle, from initial concept through to hand-off to pre-press production. Responsibilities include developing new designs and reimagining art across all product categories including desk & stationery, gifts, home decor, and brand partnerships. This position reports to our Senior Designer and works closely with our Product Design team and other designers. This role requires collaboration, forward-thinking, strong organizational skills, and attention to fine detail.
Responsibilities:
? Bring creative and innovative ideas to the table that reflect the brand
? Develop new designs and reimagine archival prints and artwork across multiple product categories and formats
? Participate in the conceptual development of product lines, i.e., ability to research, communicate and present ideas/concepts effectively
? Assist in concept and research development for seasonal deliveries.
? Ensure that product is of high quality and consistent with brand standards, market trends, as well as product strategy
? Maintain digital and physical organization of samples and files for each season. Pass off clean files with proper dimensions and Pantone call outs to pre-press graphic design and production
Skills & Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience in Design
? Must be highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
? Strong conceptualization, sketching, and ideation skills
? Excellent eye for color and design
? Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in both written and verbal communication.
? Illustration skills is not a requirement but is a plus
? Strong time management and organizational skills while maintaining deadlines

? A hard work ethic and desire to learn and grow; kind and thoughtful
? Must be able to take feedback and direction in stride and knows how to translate and apply to category needs
