    Google Ads Technician

    A niche National Advertising Agency specializing in Lead Generation for personal injury law firms nationwide seeks a passionate, driven, and experienced Google Ads Technician comfortable with setup, optimization, budgeting, maintenance, and reporting.     Your daily focus will be:

    • Generate a high quantity of converting leads for some of the country's most prominent law firms.

    • Manage monthly Google ad budgets daily while monitoring performance and adjusting strategy as necessary.

    • Manage lead conversions across multiple platforms from start to completion.

    • Closely monitor the performance of ongoing Google Ad campaigns and help oversee testing new strategies to improve results.

    • Assist with evaluating and implementing new marketing tools/platforms/vendors.

    REQUIRED Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience designing Google Ad lead gen campaigns and strategies while building, managing, and optimizing campaigns.

    • Strong knowledge of using research platforms and marketing trends to drive advertising strategies.

    • Ability to work with Google G4 Analytics, GTM tracking, and conversion APIs - Understanding their functionality, creation, placement, and implementation.

    • Google G4 Analytics experience & Google Tag Manager Experience.

    • Highly proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

    • Live in or willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN area.

    PREFERED Qualifications:

    • Agency experience.

    • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

    • Familiar with Looker Studio, Airtable, Asana, or other business SaaS software.

    • Experience in advertising for Mass Torts Legal lead gen and knowledge of the industry.
