Position Summary

The Pizza Field Specialist is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, food quality consistency, and brand standards execution across multiple Allstar Pizza & More locations. This role serves as a hands-on operational leader who coaches teams, corrects gaps, strengthens systems, and protects the guest experience.

The Pizza Field Specialist operates with Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality while driving accountability, urgency, and ownership in every store they support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct regular in-store operational assessments

Ensure adherence to recipes, portioning, and food quality standards

Monitor ticket times, speed of service, and shift execution

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective action plans

Coach Shift Leaders and Managers on performance standards

Support inventory control and cost management practices

Reinforce food safety and sanitation compliance

Assist with new store openings, training rollouts, and system implementations

Address product consistency and presentation across locations

Provide performance feedback and operational reports to leadership

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (multi-unit preferred)

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food cost control

Proven ability to coach and develop team members

High accountability and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to travel between locations as needed

Excellent communication and leadership presence

ServSafe Certification required
