WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Assistant Manager’s work hours range from early morning to night shifts, as needed. Work days may range from 8-11 hours per shift depending on Pizza Inn needs. Scheduled shifts and days off may vary from week to week (including weekends).

Dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times

Good written, verbal and presentation skills

Good planning and organization skills

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

Computer knowledge

Knowledge of all safety, sanitation and administrative procedures

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent

Prior leadership experience preferred

1 year of prior management experience in a fast food restaurant is preferred

High School graduate

Must be 18 years of age
