THE PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for managing the day to payroll functions for Pizza Luce and all individual locations. This position will work directly with the Bookkeeper in processing payroll as well. This position functions as a team member in the office along with the Office Coordinator, Bookkeeper and reports directly to the Finance Manager. The position works closely with the Human Resources Director, HR Generalist, General Managers and communicates with employees, vendors and guests of Pizza Luce. Qualified candidates will have 5 plus years of payroll and benefits administration experience in a multi location environment with direct experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Minimum 5 years processing payroll
Process payroll for 500+ Employees
Multi-Location Experience
Experience with benefit Setup and administration
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of accounting systems in both manual and automated systems
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures
Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred
Proactively identify and solve problems
Strong computer and technical skills, including use of the Microsoft office, Google Suite
Prior experience with creation and maintenance of payroll and benefit integration files
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to interact directly with various levels of Management
Ability to work with a cross-functional team toward a common set of goals or initiatives
Associates degree in Business or Accounting preferred
