About the Role:

Fox's Pizza - Brookline is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA! This is your chance to craft delicious, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment. If you love the art of pizza-making and take pride in every pie you create, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order specifications

Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes and customer requests

Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift

Assist with ingredient prep, including slicing, portioning, and stocking toppings

Ensure consistent food quality and presentation with every order

Follow all food safety and health code guidelines

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or food service environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
