Responsibilities: • Interact with visitors, vendors, and associates while maintaining a professional and positive attitude • Set up cooking stations and fill them with all of the essential preparation items for a shift • Guarantee that quality food is supplied, by adhering to specified storage and waste control requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products • Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations • Grill, broil or saute menu items according to standard recipes and presentation specifications • Craft authentic, delicious pizzas with meticulous attention to detail, consistently exceeding customer expectations. • Expertly handle dough, from preparation and stretching to shaping and baking. • Master the operation of our wood-fired oven, ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service and exceptional dining experiences. • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Contribute to menu development and special pizza creations. Qualifications: • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Must be able to meet all safety and sanitation requirements of kitchen equipment and food storage • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Proven experience as a Pizza Maker, with a strong understanding of dough handling and wood-fired oven operation. • A genuine passion for pizza and a commitment to culinary excellence. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
