Pizzeria now hiring for management positions - more specifically shift leads and assistant managers. In this role, you will be assisting management in overseeing all food and beverage operations. You'll be working for a company that's fun and flexible. Lot's room for growth for motivated candidates. Shift schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1-9pm with the possibility of additional hours.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Proven experience in restaurant operations; prior management experience strongly preferred.
Holds and maintains required certifications, including a valid Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
A lead by example approach.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively train, guide, and motivate staff.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends, based on business demands
