Responsibilities
Learn the DeSano Pizzeria Napoletana menu
Cook pizza and other items to the high standards of the DeSano brand
Manage all aspects of the wood burning oven environment
Prepping the ovens for business. ·
Cooking pizzas according to the standards of DeSano. ·
Managing the fire throughout the shift. ·
Closing the ovens at the end of the shift. ·
Proper handling and disposal of coals. ·
Managing the wood. ·
Ensures sanitary practices are followed throughout the operation
Keep the area clean
Duties as assigned
Skills / Experience / Requirements
Experience in the production of pizza, preferably Pizza Napoletana.
Experience working with a wood burning oven preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Detail oriented
Must have the physical stamina and coordination to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal communication skills.
Stand for long periods of time, bend and operate appliances
Type: Full-time Part-time
Pay: +$12 to $14 with tips, Commensurate with experience; Tip Sharing
