Position Summary: The Pizzaiolo prepares and executes pizzas while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency during service. Responsibilities include dough preparation, stretching, topping pizzas, operating ovens, assisting guests when needed, and using the POS system to support customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
- Stretch dough and assemble pizzas for service.
- Operate pizza ovens and monitor cooking times.
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Provide friendly customer service at the counter when needed.
- Use the POS system to enter and process orders.
- Stock ingredients and maintain the pizza station.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Food handler certification preferred
- Previous pizza or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
