Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Hours Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2pm-10pm. In this role, you will be assisting management in overseeing all food and beverage operations. Your goal is to increase sales and revenue, maintain a high level of employee engagement and provide a great customer dining experience. If you are a strong leader with some experience in food and beverage management, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous culinary or leadership experience

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, Ability to get a Food Manager Certificate

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

A lead by example approach
