Requirements:

• 2+ years of Revit professional experience: We're seeking someone with a strong foundation in Revit, someone who knows their way around the software and can efficiently navigate its features to create exceptional architectural plans.

• Completed projects from schematics through construction documents: Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing projects from the initial stages of schematics all the way through to construction documents. Your ability to see a project through its entirety will be invaluable to our team.

• 2+ years of architectural design and drafting: You should be well-versed in architectural design principles and possess excellent drafting skills. We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table while ensuring precision and accuracy in their work.

• Knowledge of different building types, construction, and codes: A solid understanding of various building types, construction methods, and local codes is crucial for success in this role. Your expertise will help us deliver safe, compliant, and innovative architectural solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices: As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to a wide range of exciting projects. Your diverse knowledge will be integral to producing exceptional architectural designs.

• Working closely with your Project Manager: Collaboration is at the heart of our culture. You'll be working closely with your Project Manager, collaborating on projects and bringing your unique insights to the table. Together, we'll create inspiring spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

• Utilizes Revit to draft documents: Revit is your playground, and you'll be using it to bring our visionary designs to life. Your proficiency in Revit will be instrumental in efficiently and accurately drafting the documents required by our Project Manager.
