Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matchig • Free parking, • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Prental leave • Professional development assistance Responsibilities: • Manage case files from filing through resolution across Nebraska and South Dakota • Collect, organize, and analyze medical records and billing • Prepare detailed medical chronologies and identify key issues in causation and damages • Draft discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission • Coordinate with expert witnesses and prepare materials for expert review and disclosure • Assist with depositions, including scheduling, preparation, and summarizing testimony • Prepare cases for mediation and trial, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial notebooks • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Nebraska and South Dakota procedural rules • Assist with settlement documentation, subrogation, and other liens, and case closing Qualifications: • Minimum of three years of plaintiff personal injury or medical malpractice litigation experience required • Experience handling cases in Nebraska and/or South Dakota required • Strong working knowledge of the civil litigation process from filing through trial • Experience with ordering medical and billing records, handling subrogation matters • Experience drafting discovery and working with expert witnesses • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex cases • Strong written and verbal 8. communication skills • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Experience: Compensation: $50,589.88 - $60,925.45 yearly
