A highly respected Seattle law firm is seeking a Paralegal (4831) to join its team supporting employment law, wrongful death, and serious personal injury cases. This full-time, hybrid position plays a key role in maintaining the caseload of a shareholder and ensuring the forward progress of complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to justice.

What You’ll Do:

• Order and organize records, conduct investigations, and support informal discovery
• Research defendants, witnesses, and potential jurors
• Prepare and manage discovery productions and expert materials
• Draft demand letters, discovery responses, correspondence, and chronologies
• Summarize documents and highlight key evidence for attorney review
• Calendar deadlines, schedule meetings, and monitor case progress
• Manage deposition logistics and assist with trial preparation
• E-file court documents in compliance with court rules

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in a plaintiff practice
• Strong knowledge of state court rules and e-filing procedures
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and case management skills
• Ability to work independently with initiative and follow-through
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ProLaw, CaseMap, and Digital War Room a plus
• Compassionate and inclusive team approach, with strong communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and helping clients seek justice
