Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager
Job Description
The Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager plays a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through medical treatment, case progression, and demand readiness.
This is a high-volume, production-driven role responsible for independently managing an active caseload while serving as the primary point of contact for injured clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
The successful candidate will coordinate medical treatment, communicate directly with insurance adjusters, manage bodily injury and property damage claims, request and review medical records and bills, maintain accurate case documentation, and ensure each case progresses efficiently toward demand preparation.
This is not a call center, customer service, receptionist, or scheduling position. The ideal candidate has direct experience independently managing Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation cases and understands how to proactively move cases forward while delivering exceptional client service.
