    Job Description

    The Plaintiff Personal Injury Intake Case Manager plays a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through medical treatment, case progression, and demand readiness.

    This is a high-volume, production-driven role responsible for independently managing an active caseload while serving as the primary point of contact for injured clients throughout the pre-litigation process.

    The successful candidate will coordinate medical treatment, communicate directly with insurance adjusters, manage bodily injury and property damage claims, request and review medical records and bills, maintain accurate case documentation, and ensure each case progresses efficiently toward demand preparation.

    This is not a call center, customer service, receptionist, or scheduling position. The ideal candidate has direct experience independently managing Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation cases and understands how to proactively move cases forward while delivering exceptional client service.

    This is a full-time onsite position located in Miami Lakes, Florida.

    What You'll Do

    Client Communication & Case Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
    • Independently manage a high-volume Plaintiff Personal Injury caseload.
    • Maintain regular communication regarding treatment status, case progression, property damage, and outstanding requirements.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client calls, emails, text messages, and voicemails.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation within Litify or the firm's case management system.
    • Monitor case milestones and proactively move files forward.

    Medical Treatment Coordination

    • Monitor treatment progression and provider compliance.
    • Coordinate treatment-related follow-up with clients and medical providers.
    • Identify treatment gaps, missed appointments, and barriers impacting case progression.
    • Request, obtain, review, and organize medical records and medical bills.
    • Ensure cases remain on track for demand preparation.

    Insurance & Property Damage Management

    • Communicate directly with bodily injury and property damage insurance adjusters.
    • Verify claim information, coverage, policy limits, liability decisions, and adjuster assignments.
    • Assist clients with:
      • Property Damage Claims
      • Total Loss Claims
      • Rental Vehicle Coordination
      • Diminished Value Claims
      • Loss of Use Claims
      • PIP Claims

    Case Progression & Demand Readiness

    • Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting productivity expectations.
    • Review files for completeness and readiness.
    • Escalate legal issues requiring attorney review.
    • Prepare files for demand preparation.
    • Ensure all supporting documentation is obtained and organized before transfer.

    Required Qualifications

    • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
    • Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury pre-litigation case management experience.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience working within a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience independently managing Plaintiff Personal Injury cases from intake through demand readiness.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience handling bodily injury (BI) claims.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience communicating directly with insurance adjusters regarding Plaintiff Personal Injury claims.
    • Experience coordinating client medical treatment and following up with medical providers.
    • Experience managing property damage claims, including total loss, rental coordination, diminished value, and PIP claims.
    • Experience requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and medical bills.
    • Experience preparing case files for demand preparation or attorney review.
    • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in our Miami Lakes office.
