    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and will be instrumental in managing cases from the inception of litigation through trial. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases, including case initiation, discovery, and trial preparation • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence • E-filing documents with state and federal courts • Managing and tracking deadlines, court dates, trial deadlines, scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances • Communicate with clients with empathy and compassion; communicate professionally with opposing counsel, medical providers, and court personnel • Trial experience (including attending trials), assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing all exhibits, witness preparation, coordinating trial schedule, and logistics • Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely compliance with court requirements Qualifications: • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on plaintiffs' personal injury cases • Paralegal certification (FRP is preferred) • Proficiency with legal terminology and procedures • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously • Excellent computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and FileVine; Adobe • Ability to work both independently and as part of a Team • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic • Knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules is a plus Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
