    Make Your Marketing Vision a Reality All While Plunging into the Talent Hunt.

    We are looking for Talent and Branding Partner who will help develop an end-to-end talent management program that drives our strategic vision and culture of team work, dedication and accountability. This is an opportunity for someone to redefine the recruiting and onboarding process leading with the company core values through creative problem-solving and customer focused to ensure a leadership pipeline for our organization.

    This position will work with the Vice President of Human Resources and collaborate with other key partners to execute core talent initiatives such as the onboarding experience, talent reviews, people investment planning, organizational design, and building automated tools to more objectively evaluate scope, scale, and complexity of key leadership roles.

    You’ll create and employ a go-to-market strategy that conveys our employment brand story and narratives

    You’ll support, project manage, execute the roll-out of and help scale innovative talent management processes.

    You’ll serve as a resource for Club Managers, providing training and perspective on our hiring processes, ensuring we are building great teams.

    You’ll collaborate with the HR and Club Operations teams to measure impact, and start to assess and predict hiring needs.

    You’ll manage and ensure the integrity of our talent data, and will produce Talent Management data insights that enable us to make great decisions about our talent and process.

    You’ll be a collaborative member of the HR team and Operations team, you’ll be a trust-worthy supporter of the business, and you’ll be a culture ambassador for new club acquisitions.
