We are hiring an HR professional who thrives in a technology driven environment and believes that developing employee values, productivity, and communication, leads to improved business results. Creative, problem-solving, and customer focused, the person in this position will join forces with other key partners to identify business requirements so they may design solutions, conduct system configurations, and execute those through our enterprise system, Workday.

Being able to facilitate the entire life-cycle of the employment experience in one system is a great spot for us to be in! We’ve already unlocked core HCM, payroll, benefits, absence, and time tracking. Now we want to advance to the next level by rolling out recruiting, learning, performance, and talent. Having an expert to drive those efforts is key in continuing our momentum.
