Talent, Talent Everywhere, But Not a One to Share!

We are looking for Talent Management Specialist who will help develop an end-to-end talent management program that drives our strategic vision and culture of team work, dedication and accountability. Creative, problem-solving, and customer focused, this person can offer solutions to define recruiting strategies, priorities and process improvements to ensure a leadership pipeline for our organization.

This position will work with the Director of Human Resources and collaborate with other key partners to execute core talent initiatives such as the onboarding experience, talent reviews, people investment planning, organizational design, and building automated tools to more objectively evaluate scope, scale, and complexity of key leadership roles.
