Administrative and Operational Support

Monday-Wednesday: 9am-5pm
Job Summary:
The Administrative and Operational Support will be responsible for: Greeting office guests, payroll submission, employee insurance benefits, accounts payable, accounts receivable and office errands as needed.
Essential Duties and Resonsibilities:
Greet club management, vendors, and all other office guests with professionalism
Ensure weekly payroll is submitted properly
Communicate with the company's insurance representative frequently to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to the regional manager for employees
Submit employee insurance forms timely to the insurance company
Maintain vendor payment schedule
File vendor invoices, statements, and payment information accurately
Organize vendor records quarterly
Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the office area
Club deposits when needed
Office errands when needed
Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior Bookkeeper Experience Required
Microsoft Office
Quickbooks
Payroll Processing
Insurance Benefits
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Must be able to work independently
Upbeat and positive attitude
Punctual; reliable transportation
Strong listener with the ability to follow directions
