    -Constantly evaluates the facility condition to ensure a “club ready” experience is delivered to all members

    -Demonstrates leadership through action by inspecting and cleaning one’s own equipment

    -Thoroughly inspects the team’s equipment daily to ensure standards are being met and upheld

    -Effectively delegates cleaning responsibilities while prioritizing daily, weekly, and monthly objectives

    -Ability to demonstrate an ownership’s perspective in regards to all facility and maintenance issues

    Physical Requirements

    -Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members by means of the spoken word.

    -Frequent computer and POS register usage and fitness equipment programming and operation.

    -Active movement throughout entirety of shift.

    -Occasional pushing, pulling, and/or carrying up to 60lbs.

    -Must have mobility to perform the physical requirements in a safe manner.

    -Exposure to cleaning chemicals and other materials and equipment

    Qualifications

    Summary of Experience Preferred

    -Customer service experience (2 year)

    -Previous leadership roles or experiences

    Additional Information

    Assistant Manager in Training

    Once hired, you may be entered into an intensive 4 week training program with the goal of developing into an Assistant Manager. You will be in training until you have fulfilled the requirements and standards set forth. Due to the rapid growth Planet Fitness is experiencing here in the Daly City location, there will be future opportunities to grow and move into a manager level position.

    Assistant Manager In Training Hourly Rate $15/hour

    Assistant Manager Schedule Mon - Thur: 12 pm-8 pm Monday-Friday and one Saturday per month 12-8 pm

    Assistant Manager Compensation Increases and Bonuses
