The Marketing Project Manager will work with NFP/PF to develop and manage marketing projects, campaigns and materials. You will manage a myriad of projects and juggle multiple priorities.     Job Summary:

    Plays a critical role in facilitating the execution of key marketing campaigns that combines the work of various departments to promote the Planet Fitness and Judgement Free Zone® brand. Drives, tracks and reports progress of marketing initiatives at both local and organization levels. Manage a wide range of responsibilities and tasks including advertising plan execution, new club opening marketing plans, club level community initiatives, onsite club event execution, team-wide project communications and a variety of administrative tasks in the marketing department. Assists in the production and distribution of all club and customer communications, including emails and social media posts.

    Essential Job Functions:

    Manages and drives marketing projects such as campaigns, concepts, messaging, and materials to support a broader marketing strategy that combines local and PF corporate marketing initiatives.

    Utilizes a broad mix of paid, earned and owned media to reach defined target audiences.

    Executes marketing plans and marketing projects across all mediums, including but not limited to: TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Point of Sale, Direct Mail, Promotions, Digital and Social.

    Plan, execute, and manage on-site club-based special events.

    Manages online presence and social media platforms to continually build brand awareness.

    Provides clear and frequent communication throughout the organization to create awareness for current and future marketing campaigns.

    Develops strong partnerships with operations leadership in order to facilitate productive marketing work groups.

    Utilize a centralized project management tracking system to manage project progress and accountability.

    Manages project production and vendor relationships.

    Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and of high-quality.

    Remain flexible and willing to assume additional responsibilities as needed.

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelors degree (required).

    Minimum 2 years (preferred) experience managing projects related to digital advertising, website marketing, analytics, or other directly related experience (preferably in a marketing or advertising division). A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

    Experience with website marketing and analytics/digital advertising.

    Ability to understand the operation and apply marketing concepts to meet business objectives.

    Ability to lead cross functional teams and build effective partnerships across organizational and functional boundaries.

    High level of initiative, energy, persistence.

    Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills.

    Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Some travel is required.

    Physical Demands

    Primarily a sedentary role requiring extended periods of time performing work on a computer. Occasional lifting of boxes and supplies of 25 lbs. Onsite event management requires high degree of mobility.
