    We are hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist in Austin, TX. In this entry level role, you will work with the Marketing Manager to support the VP of Marketing in planning and implementing the day-to-day advertising and promotions. You will be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives on time and accurately by supporting campaign management, content development, and digital programs.

    Your daily life at Excel will include:

    Supporting the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager in planning and implementing the day-to-day advertising and promotions.

    Responsible for delivering marketing initiatives on time and accurately by supporting campaign management, content development, and digital programs.

    Supporting the call center with member inquiries and providing feedback for marketing initiatives.

    Passion for developing a marketing strategy to quickly grow membership base and retain members.

    You will need to have:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business, communications, or marketing

    Entry level; includes recent graduates.

    Solid communication skills: ability to build relationships with partners and internal teams.

    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

    High standards of conduct, efficiency, and productivity

    Analytical aptitude to gather and interpret reporting metrics.

    Ability to effectively multitask, handling various projects and deadlines simultaneously.
