The Club Manager will become a part of one of the fastest growing fitness chains and also a rapidly growing West Michigan Franchise group. They will lead a team that is responsible for Operations and to ensure employee and member satisfaction along with desired financial results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests.
Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered.
Manage key administrative processes including payroll, deposits and close downs, inventory, issues, marketing, Human Resources and metrics/reporting
Resolve employee and member issues.
Manage employee disciplinary/termination activities.
Ensure a clean and safe facility including equipment, locker rooms and interior as well as exterior of the facility.
Qualifications / Benefits
Customer service experience, preferably in fitness or retail
Leadership/Management experience
Computer proficiency with Google Suite
High School Diploma / GED. College Degree preferred
