    Brand Ambassador- Events and Corporate Sales (Part-time up to 30 hours/week)

    Job Summary

    The Brand Ambassador will support the marketing team in events and corporate partnerships to increase member enrollments and engagement as well as enhance brand activation in our communities we conduct business.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Event Management and Execution

    Manage special events as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Special events include but are not limited to health fairs, networking, and community events for our currently open 8 Colorado locations, plus all future clubs. From time to time we will partner with our Colorado Collective Marketing COOP on events.

    Ensures logistical requirements for seamless execution of these events; which includes (but not limited to):

    Reserve the space or activation for Planet Fitness.

    Suggest marketing collateral items and quantities for giveaways at events to further brand recognition.

    Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on personnel needs for each event.

    Managing event set-up, tear down, and follow-ups for post-event.

    Create event recap reports.

    Receive new event requests and determine if it is a good brand fit and present events to the marketing team.

    Keep an inventory of event items, their quantities, and locations.

    Keep the event calendar up to date with pertinent details.

    Maintain a healthy and effective relationship with Regional Operations Team and all in club Operations Team. Must have in club experience to earn buy in and build rapport with all Operational Teams.

    Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews.

    Corporate Partnerships

    Grow the portfolio of multi-faceted corporate partnerships and prospects in Denver by:

    Identifying and soliciting appropriate business prospects in Downtown Denver.

    Network at B2B events to generate leads for Planet Fitness.

    Helps to foster and grow business relationships.

    Create Weekly & Monthly reports on partnership lead status.

    Present Planet Fitness membership deals with potential corporate partnerships.

    Work with Marketing Manager and B2B Specialist on partnership onboarding and follow-up.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Hard working, outgoing and energetic!

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe suite experience a plus.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Punctual for events and B2B meetings

    Comfort working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment.

    Associates Degree with one-year related marketing experience; or High School/GED and two years’ experience.

    Must be able to occasionally lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs.

    Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

    Availability- Must be able to work flexible schedule (20-30 hours/week) including evenings and weekends to accommodate events.

    Flexible with indoor or outdoor settings depending on event’s locations.

    Must be 21 years of age or older.
