Position Type: Planet Fitness Member Support Agent (Bilingual Rep) Department: Planet Fitness Member Support Center (Contact Center) Compensation: $15.00 per hour Location: 78758; Braker and Metric

Available Shifts, Full Time Only:

Sunday - Thursday 12pm - 9pm CT

This is an in-office position, not a remote position

Applicants selected for this position must be able to attend our 2-week paid training class from 9am-6pm CT Monday through Friday beginning March 9th.

Day in the life: After completing a two-week paid training, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.

Who are we looking for?

Previous call center or customer service experience required, bilingual is a plus! Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
