    Job Summary

    The Club Cleaner will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of cleanliness to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. The Club cleaner will be responsible for keeping the club clean and tidy througout the day.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Cleaning thoroughly and sanitizing Locker Rooms:

    Showers

    All Tile

    Toilets

    Floors

    Mirrors

    Changing rooms

    Trash

    Keeping Stocked:

    Toilet paper

    Paper Towels

    Soap

    *Any other tasks or duties given by Management

    Custodial experience is preferred.

    Punctuality and reliability is a must.

    Ability to work third shift is a must.

    Honesty and exceptional work ethic.

    Ability to solve problems independently.

    Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

    High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

    Must be 18 years of age or older.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Customer service background preferred.

    Basic computer proficiency.

    A passion for fitness and health.

    Upbeat and positive attitude!

    Punctuality and reliability is a must.

    Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

    Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.

    Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

    High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

    Must be 18 years of age or older.

    Physical Demands

    Continual standing and walking during shift.

    Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.

    Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.

    Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.

    Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
