    We are bravoFIT, a fast-growing Oregon-based Planet Fitness franchisee. Our mission is to help people become their own heroes. We do this by creating and promoting a comfortable fitness environment, where everyday people find inspiration to be their best: in a Judgment Free Zone.

    We are growing fast as we rapidly open our state-of-the-art Planet Fitness clubs in Oregon and Alaska. We are still small enough that talented team members can make a huge impact on our future direction, but we're growing super-fast. We will be doubling the number of clubs we operate in 2019. Not only that, we will be starting the first of many forays outside of Oregon when we open our first two clubs in Alaska!

    In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our standards of excellence in member services, oversee and take accountability for the varies aspects of club operations, and manage the club’s operating and financial performance relative to our high standards.     Your Contributions:

    Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, dedication to creating an unrivaled experience for our members. These goals are measured with proven methods that provide regular feedback to our managers regarding club operations, club cleanliness, client services and satisfaction levels, and operational and financial goals.

    Create and maintain a “Judgment Free Zone” wherein we treat, acknowledge and help our members achieve personal goals with the highest possible level of respect, friendliness and support.

    Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize our new membership and member retention targets.

    Control expenses and payroll.

    Review Club trends and recommend and initiate changes for maximizing goals and objectives.

    Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular Club management and staff meetings, Club walk-through and audits, etc.

    Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit management candidates.

    Train and develop Club management in all aspects of the business; Hire, direct and monitor training and development for all Club personnel.

    Monitor inventory levels.

    Implements and maintains member services standards.

    Maintains display presentations and signing standards.

    Ensures proper completion through follow-up. Monitoring statistics and reports through analysis on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

    Ensures cleanliness and maintenance to Club standards.

    Scheduling staff.

    Rotate every two weeks with the Assistant Manager to cover absent staff members.

    Ensure prompt opening and closing of the Club

    Keep the Club safe for employees, members, and its property.

    Manage disciplinary and termination activities.

    Promptly report equipment repairs.

    Manage marketing efforts by ensuring staff is aware and trained on all marketing promotions.

    Conduct regular Self Brand Excellence Review (BER) that measure your success as the Club Manager.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work can be anywhere between Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. To include holidays.

    Qualifications

    Other:

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    18 years of age or older.

    CPR Certification (obtained through employment)

    Planet Fitness University Classes (obtained through employment)

    Tanning Certification (obtained through employment)
