    Job Description

    Job Title: Insurance Programs Coordinator

    Reports to: Director of Learning & Development

    Status: Full Time / Exempt

    Job Summary

    Responsible for oversight and successful execution of all insurance reimbursement programs through Baseline Fitness.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Duties and responsibilities include:

    Submitting usage reports monthly

    Tracking reimbursements and deductions to report to Finance

    Provide visibility/reporting on sign ups and total enrollment numbers

    Ensure all member accounts are valid with correct information; follow up as needed with both club and in some cases, members directly

    Point person to handle any insurance program vendor relations; including but not limited to Tivity, ASHLink, NIHCA, Healthy Contributions, etc.

    Enrollment of new clubs or new programs

    Provide continuous training for field team and be a resource for inquiries

    Responsible for organization and maintenance of current accounts and systems

    Identify events/marketing to increase engagement and usage of current members

    Identify marketing to attract additional members

    Continuous pursuit of additional programs and/or partnerships

    Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma

    Strong customer service skills

    Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills

    Basic computer proficiency

    Physical Demands

    Sitting at least 75% of the shift

    Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
