The New Store Opening Coordinator
PF Supreme LLC is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, full-time salaried, New Store Opening Coordinator to provide multi-task support to our Director of Construction. From conception to completion, quality control, budget, production, and planning. The New Store Opening Coordinator will help support the Director of Construction in opening new stores. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The New Store Opening Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Construction, assisting with multiple store commercial interior scopes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with outside suppliers and vendors to accomplish goals needed for each project.
Create schedules, including in-house production schedules
Organize logistics, prepare utilities, deliveries, pack-outs, and installations.
Input, communicate and archive project details using Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, and Project.
Research and provide detailed information on 3rd party vendors, suppliers, and specialty contractors.
Work closely with vendors and installation teams to update the Director of Construction as to what they accomplished and or couldn't accomplish.
Qualifications/Requirements
2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of vendors, customer service, administration, and shipping.Strong communication and presentation skills are required
Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
Ensure each new store location completes all New Store Opening (NSO) objectives as identified on all checklists, pulse checks and field audits; documents all activities as outlined.
You ensure the store team understands the guidelines for completing all required tasks.
Proactively identify issues with sites, team members, processes and provides feedback in a positive professional manner.
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential to success.
Handle and diffuse conflict and stressful situations professionally and collaboratively.
Proactive, problem solver with a “can do” attitude.
Strong Analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft based software.
Organized and detail oriented.
Salary is based on experience.
Travel:
The position is based in Costa Mesa, CA. The position will require 25% travel to new locations.
