  • Responsibilities

    The primary role of the Manager, Field Communications is to focus on developing and executing internal communication strategies, events and deliverables that support the Taymax Group’s Global Operations and Field Teams’ business objectives.

    This position collaborates with key Operations and Field partners within the organization in the creation and implementation of communications programs. The role is responsible for successfully implementing strategic field communications programs and processes.

    Partnering with cross functional partners is critical to ensure seamless execution of the key communications and initiatives. The successful candidate will continually strive to develop peers, share best practices and learn new skills.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilties

    Adopt, adapt and develop communication strategies, tools and vehicles that align with Taymax’s Internal Communications and Global Operations strategies.

    Anticipate and plan for the field's communication needs and find creative, quality, timely, relevant and simple solutions to satisfy them

    Partner with key cross functional teams, including marketing, human resources, facilities, finance, IT, development and construction to create programs and communications that deliver on the business goals of Taymax Group.

    Gain input from cross-functional business partners including Field leadership and club leaders/teammates to contribute to the success of communications.

    Create strong partnerships with Field leadership and HQ teams and act as an advocate for clubs.

    Project plan and execute small and large-scale Taymax Group field meetings, including all Field Leadership and GM meetings.

    Ensure all event communication and content supports the business agenda and initiatives.

    Work cross functionally and with third party partners to determine all event on-site logistics including site selection, meeting space, food and beverage and transportation for all attendees.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, Excel and SharePoint; Sway preferred.

    Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and differing priorities in a constantly changing and demanding environment using excellent organizational, communication, negotiation and scheduling skills.

    BA/BS Degree required.

    Minimum of three years of operations/communication management
