Title: FP&A Manager – Sales & Growth
Status: Exempt/Full-Time
Location: Austin, Texas [Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week]
Reports To: Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

What You'll Be Doing
The FP&A Manager of Sales & Growth at United FP will provide analytical support to the Strategy & Growth team to support data-based decision making, optimizing our marketing investments to maximize new member counts and achieve the financial goals of the Company. You will accomplish this through financial modeling and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Core FP&A responsibilities such as forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and management reporting will focus on revenue, member counts, advertising spend, and activities of the Sales & Growth team. You will report to the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis and work with the entire FP&A team to collaboratively build financial and analytical acumen across the company.
· Support the Strategy & Growth team in achieving their OKRs (objectives & key results), being mindful of the associated financial impacts.
· Lead analytical projects and core FP&A responsibilities for the Strategy & Growth team, as well as other departments as needed. For example, plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests of marketing promos, measure performance and efficiency of multi-market campaigns, and assist in managing the Marketing P&L.
· Develop and/or update financial and marketing effectiveness models, processes, tools, and management reports, as needed.
· Champion further use of data and KPIs/metrics in understanding the business and decision making.· Assist in comprehensive adoption of Adaptive, Power BI, and other newer technologies in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing large datasets and presenting key findings.
· Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed for private equity owners and senior management.
· This role does not have any direct reports. It is positioned as manager level for the analytical strengths and work experience we are seeking. It is the most senior-level role reporting to the VP of FP&A.

Skills and Competencies
· Excellent analytical aptitude combined with a results-driven attitude.
· Standout financial & market analysis modeling skills.
· Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders in a timely manner (be a thought-partner.)
· Ability to build collaborative cross-functional partnerships, across all levels of management.
· Effective written and verbal communication, including formal presentations as well as informal discussions with various work teams and with senior leadership.
· Ability to navigate through marketing systems & dashboards managed by agencies.
Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis, consulting, or other quantitatively analytical role.
· Bachelor's Degree in Math, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
· Rockstar Excel skills, Adaptive and / or Power BI experience a plus.
· Experience in marketing, especially in multi-market membership-based businesses, preferred but not required.
