Reports To: Director of Facilities

Key Relationships: Support Center, Field Operations Team, Field Leadership Team, and Vendors

What You'll Be Doing

Develop project scope to encompass all aspects of work from end to end management.

Supervise all vendors and trades completing the work within a project scope to ensure competency and compliance meets standards and expectations.

Lead weekly calls to provide updates on all open and existing projects.

Manage project budgets and change orders within budget closeout projects with accurate project documentation, including but not limited to drawings, material lists, cleanliness to ensure site fully functional.

Able to build strong business case with return on investment outlined in project scope.

Build project workbook, including scope, timeline, communication schedule, and budget.

Complete punch walks and create punch lists for contractor to complete prior to project closeout.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5+ years of proven success as a builder of high-performing SaaS Marketing organizations.

Experience with Enterprise Level Marketing, Automation, or Customer Success platforms.

Capability in SQL and advanced Excel.

Detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical skills, data driven, and business acumen.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic objectives.

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities or construction.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth culture. 

Willing to travel as needed to support geographical area.

Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

Expert knowledge of construction drawings and lease language.

Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with working knowledge on contractual language.

Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and subject to a variety of physical conditions in the club environment.
