What You'll Be Doing
The Real Estate Project Manager will focus on developing and executing strategy for all club real estate projects, inclusive of new openings, remodels, and major renovations.
Partner with cross functional teams to include construction, facilities, IT, marketing, development, and field teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects.
Develop and direct project scope, estimates, budgets, schedules, and activities.
Create project plans to ensure all real estate milestones are met.
Establish a real estate projects strategy that aligns with the development goals and initiatives to execute projects in a timely manner and within budget.
Prepare presentations to the Board and other internal teams.
Prepare design, construction, and funding documents and provide project status reports.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, business or related field
Able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive, diverse workforce.
Experience with using and implementing project management tools and processes.
Willing to travel as needed to district to drive expectations for growth and development of the team.
Possess a results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Self-starter, able to work independently on projects with little to no direction
Extremely efficient, creative, resourceful, and strategic thinker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing budgets and schedules
Strong ability to multi-task and successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
