What You'll Be Doing
The Real Estate Analyst will gather information from numerous sources and create actionable insights and visualizations that are easily utilized by the leadership team. You will have a “seat at the table, which means you will be sharing your opinion to help drive decisions that will take us in the direction we want to go. You will assemble and maintain reports and resources that build analytical tools, reports, and models that will support better decision-making and improve the club development effort.
You will assist in creating and maintaining strategic market plans for all markets.
You will analyze and track competition, run demographics, and analyze markets, including calls and field research.
You will support the execution of real estate projects from start to finish, working with other departments and external brokers and partners.
You will maintain accurate pipeline reports and tracking tools and communicate updates.
You will create and modify maps, aerials, site plans, and other images for presentation.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
2 years of passion and relevant work experience in retail or commercial real estate.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, project management, or related discipline.
Foundational knowledge of real estate tools and mapping software.
Ability to drive insights and create visualizations to create clear communication presentations for intended audience.
Proficiency in photoshop and other related tools for graphic manipulation a big plus.
Able to make timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with teammates at all levels.
Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth culture.
