    Leader’s Role

    As an Operations Services Manager for United PF, your role will be to build and optimize operational procedures, systems, and practices to ensure complete and easy-to-implement programs for our club teams. You will influence the development of projects and manage its organization, scheduling, communication, and implementation to support business objectives. You will have a “seat at the table,” which means we will look to your influence to help drive decisions that support our mission. You will assist in building the tools, reports, training, and processes that will support our field teams in delivering customer service excellence 1%.

    Your past leadership experience will help you:

    Grow our business successfully; develop strategies to support operational, financial, and customer service goals.

    Identify, plan, organize, and manage multiple, parallel projects that deliver results.

    Manage, communicate, and maintain project updates, timelines, and reports as needed.

    Develop communications, reports, or other project / training documents as needed.

    Initiate and maintain relationships with project stakeholders and other contacts to facilitate project activities and achieve objectives.

    Serve others! Provide expertise on club member, team member, and operational insights.

    Engage and communicate with all levels of team members – club level, Support Center, and Senior Leadership.

    Identify, explore, and communicate recommended solutions to optimize club operations.

    Build, track, and analyze reports to determine trends and variances to identify areas of optimization.

    Analyzing member needs and determine how we can improve services to members that better meet their needs.

    We would love to hear from people with:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or Business Management

    3 years of related work experience in customer service, operations, leading teams, including training and operational planning with strong leadership skills

    MS preferred

    Great organizational, relationship-building, ops engineering, and problem-solving skills

    High level of comfort supporting organization change and process improvement

    Ability to develop and maintain tracking and utilize project management tools to reach short and long-term objectives

    Demonstrated experience working both independently and as a team in fast-paced environment with rapidly-changing priorities

    Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, critical-thinking, and communication skills

    Robust project management, critical-thinking, and analytical skills

    Passion for developing new solutions quickly and creativity

    Ability to speak tech to non-tech people

    Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
