Our Opportunity:
United PF Partners, the largest franchisee of Planet Fitness with 169 locations across 14 states and a portfolio company of American Securities, seeks a highly motivated, analytical, and enthusiastic Senior Financial Analyst with deep marketing experience to join our newly formed finance team in our Austin support center. Combining an understanding of financial systems, strong practical knowledge of financial statements and using data to make-and-drive decisions, you’ll perform various financial planning and analysis activities to support key decisions and drive growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead monthly reforecasting meetings with Marketing team to close out past projects and reforecast/plan the budget for the balance of the year
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling to drive decision-making around marketing spend
Work with Marketing to develop tools, enhance existing reporting, and improve business processes
Deliver thought leadership on how to accelerate growth in member count and improve member retention by measuring various KPIs including member acquisition cost, member LTV and retention rates
Develop efficient and user-friendly financial models and business cases that enable sensitivity and break even analysis, highlight clear insights, and consolidate summary outputs

What You'll Need:
Intellectual curiosity

Drive to handle and prioritize multiple contemporaneous workstreams

Very strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong sense of humor
5+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience in BI tools
BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA preferred
