What You'll Be Doing

The Maintenance Technician has overall responsibility for providing high quality service and response to a wide range of facility and equipment maintenance issues. In addition, the Maintenance Technician performs maintenance duties necessary to maintain the physical condition of fitness and tanning equipment and the overall appearance of assigned clubs.

• You will partner with the Director of Facilities and the Regional Director of Operations to ensure appropriate alignment to support the assigned clubs with equipment maintenance and repairs.• You will perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the assigned clubs.• You will ensure maintenance issues are responded to per established guidelines.• You will track and record monthly expense reports.

• You will manage and control parts inventory in assigned clubs.• You will manage daily/ weekly reports and schedule accordingly.• You will maintain fitness and UV tanning equipment.• You will work at a company that lives its Core Values. What You'll Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma.

• Excellent Customer Service skills with high degree of member awareness.

• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical and materials is a must

• Ability to read schematics is a plus.

• Well organized, self-motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and able to work without supervision in a team environment.• Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel, including knowledge of all related computer applications.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to and above 100 pounds

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel or crouch.

• Frequent travel required with sitting in vehicles for extended periods of time.
