    What You'll Be Doing

    The District Manager is responsible for leading a team of business and service team members in delivering an outstanding member experience across their entire portfolio of clubs. The district manager oversees all operational practices in the clubs, ensuring each operates to company expectations, maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and meets or exceeds budget and sales goals while assisting and supporting marketing campaigns and promotions. As the district manager, you will lead through the lens of people, core values, and mission first.

    Oversee club operations in your assigned market to deliver the best member service daily to new and existing members.

    Develop, lead, and inspire your club managers and teams as they join you in the quest to provide +1% service to build Raving Fans and operational excellence.

    Partner with facilities to oversee club maintenance and minimize time for resolution.

    Provide input and execute all company-wide roll outs and improvement initiatives.

    Perform club tours and inspections through leadership approach and provide feedback and coaching to managers and assistant managers for their development.

    Meet with your managers to identify business trends to support continued growth of the clubs in your district.

    What You'll Bring to the Table:

    2+ years of passion and experience in a leadership role serving within a geographically dispersed area, fitness or retail multi-unit business.

    Proven track record of leading a team and maintaining a high performing, service-driven, work environment.  

    Able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive, diverse workforce. 

    Willing to travel as needed to district to drive expectations for growth and development of the team.

    Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

    Possess a results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately.

    Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

    Experience in customer service, operations, leading teams, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills.

    Great organizational, relationship building and problem-solving skills.

    Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
