    Planet Fitness World Headquarters is searching for a Marketing Manager, Corporate Clubs to join our Corporate Operations team!

    As our Marketing Manager, Corporate Clubs you will act as the main point of contact for Planet Fitness corporate clubs as it relates to their marketing needs. This role will collaborate in the creation, development, and execution of all marketing strategies and materials as they apply to corporate clubs. The Marketing Manager will oversee the day to day management and execution of key marketing initiatives including TV and radio media, digital, local marketing activities and grassroots efforts. This position will work closely with a cross functional team, (Corporate Operations, Construction, Strategy, PR, Local Marketing), as well as key external organizations/agencies/franchise groups to ensure that marketing and business goals are achieved.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Work closely with the Director of Marketing to build yearly marketing plans.

    Recommend marketing plan shifts based on data analysis and business needs.

    Create short-term and long-term marketing plans, taking into account the national promotional calendar, specific club demographics, competition, seasonality, etc.

    Create traffic and demand-generating marketing programs through collaboration with Corporate Operations, Local and National Marketing.

    Create marketing strategy and implementation of hyper-local marketing plans for all corporate clubs within the territory.

    Participate in franchisee marketing co-ops and be the voice for Corporate Clubs. This includes attending ongoing marketing co-op meetings.

    Work with each club representative on signage needs which may include working with the City/Town on signage permitting.

    Partner with PR Department to assist with local communications, such as press releases as well as coordinating PR for local grand openings, club remodels, member triumphs, etc.

    Analyze, understand and react to changing marketplace and media consumption habits within DMAs.

    Assist in planning the annual marketing budget.

    Qualifications/Skills:

    Bachelor’s Degree (preferred concentration in Marketing).

    5+ years of consumer marketing experience.

    Experience in media buying and understanding of TV DMA’s (Must have experience working with agencies to buy media).

    Experience working with a direct marketing agency is a plus.

    Experience with a franchise organization is a plus.

    Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite. Confident at producing documents, scheduling calendars, email and Excel.

    Extremely detail oriented, efficient and organized – Able to establish priorities and objectives , gather information from multiple sources and take good notes for reference.

    Ability to analyze data and apply findings accordingly.

    Collaborative team player with an upbeat, positive attitude! Flexible and able to adjust to constant change.

    Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels in the organization.

    Capability to multi-task in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
