Planner / Buyer

We are looking for a Planner / Buyer to join our team. This on-site position is responsible for planning material needs, purchasing supplies, and helping ensure production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Plan and forecast material requirements based on production schedules and sales.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock while controlling costs.

Create Purchase Orders and Work Orders in the ERP system.

Work with Production, Engineering, and Accounting to support daily operations.

Communicate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries.

Resolve material shortages, delivery delays, and quality issues.

Maintain accurate purchasing, product, and work order records.

Build and maintain positive supplier relationships.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

Experience in purchasing, planning, inventory, or a related role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
