    • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to align schedules and resolve conflicts.
    • Track and analyze work center loads to anticipate capacity constraints or bottlenecks.
    • Generate and maintain reports on open jobs, late orders, and upcoming capacity needs , and communicate status to leadership.
    • Forecast material requirements and communicate purchasing needs to the procurement team.
    • Support purchasing efforts by issuing POs for materials not yet on order and following up with suppliers as needed.
    • Help improve planning workflows and processes to support growth and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree, trade school certificate, or relevant coursework in supply chain, manufacturing technology, or business; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations (aerospace preferred).
    • Proficiency with MRP systems (experience with Fulcrum is highly preferred).
    • Strong understanding of job travelers, BOMs, routing, lead times, and capacity planning.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environment.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in an AS9100-certified environment.
    • Familiarity with composite or interior aerospace materials and processes.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive pay and benefits
    • A collaborative, agile work culture
